Glosso ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Glosso mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.
When you create an account, we collect your email address (for email/password sign-in) and may collect a display name. If you use Sign in with Google, Google shares with Firebase an identifier and typically your name, email address, and profile photo URL as permitted by your Google account settings; we store what Firebase Auth provides to operate your account. You may also choose a username and avatar within the App. You may play as a guest without registering an email; guest sessions use an anonymous account identifier managed by Firebase.
We collect gameplay statistics such as games played, scores, streaks, duel results, leaderboard rankings, and word-guessing history to provide the core game experience and personalized features.
We may automatically collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language preference to ensure compatibility and improve performance.
We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, screens visited, and session duration, to improve the user experience.

The App displays ads via Google AdMob, including interstitial and rewarded ads. AdMob may use your advertising ID (IDFA/GAID) to deliver personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations.
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure cloud storage through Google Firebase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
